Get well soon Coach Marga, we can’t wait to have you back on the floor! 💪✨ #Moverzlb #YouthAthletes #AthleticDevelopment #TrainWithPurpose Most youth S&C looks clean and organized. But clean doesn’t mean effective. At MOVERZ, we build adaptable athletes — not perfect reps. Long-term development = bigger movement toolbox. ⚡ #YouthDevelopment #AthleticPerformance #MOVERZ Our standards are not negotiable. Neither is our commitment to performance🤝 📍Byblos 📱+961 81 305 831 #BrainersPerformance Results don’t come from random workouts. They come from the right program, built with purpose, progression, and consistency. Train with intention. Perform with results. Brainers Performance. 📍Byblos 📱+961 81 305 831 #BrainersPerformance Rebuilding my ACL without heavy loads? Yes. Low load. High stimulus. Smart rehab. BFR training uses partial arterial occlusion to create a local hypoxic, high-metabolic stress environment, allowing low loads to drive strength and hypertrophy adaptations. This enhances fast-twitch fiber recruitment, anabolic signaling, and neuromuscular efficiency—while minimizing joint stress. In ACL rehab, BFR helps limit quadriceps atrophy, restore strength early, and improve muscle activation when high mechanical loading isn’t yet tolerated—supporting safer, faster progression. Cuff pressure is typically set as a percentage of limb occlusion pressure (LOP), commonly ranging from 30-80% (exercise load is regulated according to the chosen LOP and 1RM %), adjusted to individual blood pressure and limb size. Always use BFR under the guidance of your treating professional.
